Refund and Returns Policy

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the container has not yet been scheduled, prepared, or dispatched.

Once an order has been processed, scheduled, loaded, or dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed and may result in additional fees or may no longer be possible.


Return Eligibility

Due to the size and specialized freight logistics of shipping containers, returns are limited and accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The delivered container is not the model or size ordered, or
  • The container arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing

The container you select and pay for is the exact unit assigned and delivered, ensuring consistency with your order.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Written description of the problem

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible.


Return Process

If a return request is approved:

  • Our team will coordinate pickup through our logistics process
  • The container must be unmodified, unused, and in the same condition as delivered
  • The container must be accessible at the original delivery location

Once the container is received and inspected, we will confirm refund eligibility.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Refund amounts may be adjusted for:

  • Return freight costs
  • Administrative or restocking fees (if applicable)
  • Damage, misuse, or alterations identified during inspection

Any applicable deductions will be communicated prior to processing.


Non Returnable Items

The following items are non returnable and non refundable:

  • Custom modified or specially fabricated containers
  • Containers altered, relocated, or damaged after delivery
  • “As-is,” clearance, or special pricing items

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your container arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
