2. Products & Orders

We supply new and used shipping containers for storage and related purposes within the United States.

All orders are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Payment confirmation
  • Order verification

The container selected and paid for is the exact unit assigned and delivered—no substitutions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations.


3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Flat-rate shipping: $450 per order
  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout
  • Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout

Full payment is required before order processing begins.


4. Order Processing & Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver within the contiguous United States (48 states) only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Scheduling and route planning
  • Weather or unforeseen delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery Coordination

We manage and oversee the delivery process directly to ensure accuracy and consistency with your order. We do not rely on standard courier services.


5. Delivery Requirements & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is suitable, including:

  • Adequate access for large delivery trucks
  • A clear, level, and stable unloading area
  • No overhead obstructions (e.g., power lines, trees)
  • Proper ground conditions for placement

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional charges.


6. Unloading Responsibility

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Containers are delivered using standard freight equipment
  • Specialized unloading equipment (e.g., crane or HIAB) may be required depending on the site
  • Any additional placement requirements must be communicated in advance

Failure to arrange suitable unloading conditions may result in delivery refusal and additional fees.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been scheduled or dispatched.

Orders already processed or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation or may incur fees.


8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of freight logistics, returns are limited.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The incorrect container was delivered, or
  • The container arrived damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos
  • Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-modified containers
  • Altered or relocated units
  • Clearance or “as-is” items
  • Damage occurring after delivery

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and may be adjusted for applicable costs. Any deductions will be communicated in advance.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your container arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately.
We will coordinate directly to resolve the issue, including repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.


10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to interfere with Website security

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.
