🚚 Delivery Guide
At My Container Source, we aim to make container delivery simple, safe, and efficient. This guide explains how delivery works and what you need to prepare before your container arrives.
Â
1. Delivery Method
All shipping containers are delivered using:
Tilt bed trucks
Flatbed trucks with crane (where applicable)
The delivery method will depend on container size, site conditions, and local availability.
2. Delivery Requirements
To ensure a successful delivery, customers must provide:
Clear delivery address
Accurate contact information
Safe and legal access to the site
The delivery location must allow heavy trucks to enter, turn, and unload safely.

🚛 Minimum access width: 3.5 meters (11.5 ft)
🚛 Minimum height clearance: 4.5 meters (15 ft)
🚛 Firm and level ground
🚛 No low cables, trees, or overhead obstructions
🚛 Adequate space for offloading
If access is restricted, delivery may fail and additional charges may apply.

The ground must be:
Level and stable
Free from mud or soft soil
Capable of supporting container weight
Recommended base options include:
Concrete slab
Compacted gravel
Paving blocks
Railway sleepers
Uneven surfaces may affect door alignment.
